As the golden autumn marked the start of the new school year, Shenzhen Polytechnic University welcomed its inaugural class of undergraduate students in the Pharmaceutical Engineering Technology program. Led by Professor Zhang Lijun, the students visited Shenzhen Cell Valley for a study and exchange visit, aimed at providing them with early exposure to and understanding of the cell and gene therapy industry. Our Director of the General Administration Office, Wang Lu, extended a warm welcome to the group.

Under the detailed guidance of Director Wang Lu, the students toured the smart exhibition hall, gaining a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of Shenzhen Cell Valley's strategic positioning, core technologies, founding team, historical development, corporate culture, industry standing, product pipelines, and patent honors. Notably, as a standing council member of the National Biotechnology Industry-Integration Community and a vice-chairman unit of the Shenzhen Biomedical Industry-Education Alliance, Shenzhen Cell Valley has been consistently committed to providing theoretical knowledge and practical skills training for talents across cell and gene therapy-related enterprises and institutions. The company cultivates production personnel with GMP industrial-scale manufacturing competencies and specialized professionals in the CGT field, promoting the high-quality development of the biomedical industry.

Subsequently, through an on-site visit to our GMP-grade R&D and production laboratories, as well as our quality management system, the students gained a profound appreciation of the significant importance of industrial-scale manufacturing to the CGT industry.

During the symposium held at the conference center, Director Wang Lu shared successful case studies achieved by Shenzhen Cell Valley in the cell and gene therapy field. For a company that has always upheld the original mission of healing patients and the vision of "Cells benefit all, genes create the future," these achievements serve as the most powerful driving force. Following the presentation, the students actively posed numerous questions, focusing on industry development, how to benefit patients, treatment cycles, and more—demonstrating their enthusiasm for the biomedical industry and their sincere desire to contribute to healing and saving lives. Director Wang Lu encouraged the students to strive diligently, achieve academic excellence, and contribute to the sustainable development of the cell and gene therapy industry, as well as to the great cause of human health.
